All About Hats   (actually its much much more)

We use hats as the tool in these workshops but it is so much more. Yes, you will come away with more knowledge of hat manipulation and juggling than when you started (whatever your level) BUT you will also come away with heaps of performance knowledge and a bucket load of giggles.

Its Turning into a Mini Performance Festival!

'All About Hats' workshops are structured with 4 key elements:

Circus Skills

In our signature event: All About Hats we use Hats as a solo, partner and group prop.

We combine technique and technical philosophy to start the beginner and extend the expert.

Both Ben and Natalie can substitute hats with other props for alternate workshops.

Performance
Techniques

With years of experience and four uni degrees between them in performance, Ben and Natalie will give you very practical tools in how to present yourself on stage.

Learn and apply techniques such as; breathwork, the universal emotions, laban technique

Experiments

This is where Ben and Natalie's research brains come into play. We both love a good experiment. What happens when?

This is the space where new things are discovered. New tricks, new ways of presenting, new philosophies....
